  • Annual cash flow of at least $1 million and up to $10 million
  • Operating margins of at least 10%
  • History of stable revenue growth
  • 3+ years of continuous historical profitability

  • Owners seeking a full or partial sale of their business along with a reduction in their day-to-day management responsibilities
  • Owners looking to divest a non-core division of their business
